BEATLINK TECHNOLOGIES ("BeatLink Technologies", "BeatLink", "we", "us", "our") is a technology company registered in Pakistan. We develop and operate digital products and services, including CollectSocials (collectsocials.com).
This Privacy Policy describes how BEATLINK TECHNOLOGIES collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with our websites, services, and products. Like most website operators, BeatLink Technologies collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. BeatLink Technologies's purpose in collecting non-personally-identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the website. From time to time, BeatLink Technologies may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
BeatLink Technologies also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged-in users and visitors. BeatLink Technologies only discloses logged-in user and visitor IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

BeatLink Technologies does not store credit card details entered at the time of purchase. That information is sent directly to our secure payment processors, and we only store the necessary references to your account such that we can securely process transactions.
BeatLink Technologies may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites and services. For instance, BeatLink Technologies may anonymously log aggregated statistics of popular features, product usage, or adoption rates. BeatLink Technologies may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, BeatLink Technologies does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described in this policy.

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmissions. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest in our databases.
If you are a registered user of any BeatLink Technologies product and have supplied your email address, BeatLink Technologies may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or keep you up to date with what's going on with BeatLink Technologies and our products. We primarily use our product communications and blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.
You may request deletion of all personal data BeatLink Technologies holds about you at any time, free of charge, with no conditions or requirements.
If you use any BeatLink Technologies products (such as CollectSocials), you may have self-service deletion options available directly from your product dashboard. For CollectSocials users:
Deletion is immediate and permanent. All platform data (access tokens, posts, sources, feeds, and social media connections from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and any other connected platforms) is deleted instantly.
Users can also selectively delete content without deleting their entire account by removing individual sources, feeds/widgets, or disconnecting social media accounts.
You can request deletion by sending an email to support@beatlinktechnologies.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your email address or account details. We will process your request within 7 days for general inquiries.
For product accounts (e.g., CollectSocials), please include your product account email address. We will process your request and cancel any active subscriptions immediately with no further charges.
If you use Facebook's platform settings to request deletion of data associated with CollectSocials (a BeatLink Technologies product), we will automatically receive that request through our data deletion callback. We will process your request immediately and delete all associated Meta Platform Data (access tokens, posts, and connection records). What gets deleted: All personal information associated with your request, including contact details, correspondence, account data, social media sources, imported content, feeds, widgets, account connections, and access tokens across all connected platforms. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately with no further charges.
What we retain: Upon receiving a deletion request, we immediately remove all personal data and platform-specific data (including access tokens and imported social content from all connected platforms). We may retain certain account-level information, such as your email address and transaction history, for the purposes of fraud prevention, security, and to prevent abuse of our trial systems, as permitted by applicable law. Payment references may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations. For complete data erasure under GDPR/CCPA (including email and transaction history), please indicate this explicitly in your deletion request.
You do not need to provide a reason for requesting deletion. We will not charge a fee for this request.

In the event of a data breach or security incident that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of the incident.
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. BeatLink Technologies uses cookies only for logged-in users on product websites to identify and track visitors, their usage, and their website access preferences.
BeatLink Technologies visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using BeatLink Technologies websites, with the drawback that certain features may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
CollectSocials embedded widgets do not use cookies, localStorage, or any tracking mechanism on your visitors' websites.
BeatLink Technologies does not include any third-party ads or ad network code on our websites which can track you or your visitors.
If BeatLink Technologies, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that BeatLink Technologies goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of BeatLink Technologies may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy. You will be notified of any such transfer via email and given the opportunity to delete your account and data prior to the transfer.
BeatLink Technologies products may integrate with third-party services and APIs. When using our products, you may be subject to those third parties' respective privacy policies and terms of service. We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the services you have requested.

All data access is performed through official APIs only. We do not employ any scraping, crawling, or unauthorized data collection methods. By using our products, you agree to be bound by the respective third-party privacy policies and terms listed above.

BeatLink Technologies is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@beatlinktechnologies.com and we will delete that information promptly.
Although most changes are likely to be minor, BeatLink Technologies may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. For material changes, we will notify affected users via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
