Thanks for choosing BeatLink Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). The following Terms of Service apply when you use any BeatLink Technologies websites, services, or products. Please review the following terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing our websites, or otherwise using our services, you enter into a legally binding contract with BeatLink Technologies. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not access or use our websites or services.
The following terms and conditions govern all use of BeatLink Technologies websites and all content, services, and products available at or through our websites. BEATLINK TECHNOLOGIES is a software technology company registered in Pakistan. We develop and operate digital products and SaaS services, including but not limited to CollectSocials (collectsocials.com). References to "BEATLINK TECHNOLOGIES", "BeatLink Technologies", "BeatLink", "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms refer to BEATLINK TECHNOLOGIES.
Each product operated by BeatLink Technologies may have its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that govern use of that specific product. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific Terms of Service, the product-specific terms shall govern.

Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to BeatLink Technologies services and these Agreements. When we make changes to the Agreements that we consider material, we'll notify you through our website and via email (if you have provided an email address) at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of or access to the websites or services following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. BeatLink Technologies may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The BeatLink Technologies website (beatlinktechnologies.com) is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use our websites and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the websites.

If you use any BeatLink Technologies products, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the product-specific Terms of Service. When using CollectSocials, you also agree to comply with the terms and policies of the third-party platforms you connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and any other integrated platforms).
Some BeatLink Technologies services may allow you to submit, upload, or otherwise make available content ("User Content"). You represent that you have the right to use any User Content which you make available through our services, and that such User Content does not violate these Agreements, applicable law, or the intellectual property rights of others.
By making User Content available through BeatLink Technologies services, you represent and warrant that:
By submitting User Content to BeatLink Technologies services, you grant BeatLink Technologies a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you. This license is limited to technical operations necessary for the services to function. We do not sell, license, or use your content for any purpose outside of providing the services to you.
BeatLink Technologies does not monitor, review, or edit User Content, but has the right (though not the obligation) to remove or disable access to any User Content for any or no reason. BeatLink Technologies may take these actions without prior notification to you. BeatLink Technologies will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
Your use of BeatLink Technologies websites and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://beatlinktechnologies.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and how you can request correction or deletion of your data. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully — it forms part of this Agreement.

All data access is performed through official APIs only. We do not employ any scraping, crawling, or unauthorized data collection methods. For complete details on platform usage, data handling, and your rights, please refer to the CollectSocials Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
BeatLink Technologies will make reasonable efforts to keep our websites and services operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. BeatLink Technologies reserves the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of our websites and services, with or without notice, all without liability to you for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the services or any function or feature thereof.
You understand and agree that BeatLink Technologies has no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or update any service, or to provide all or any specific content through the services. Please note that the availability of certain features may be affected by changes to third-party platform policies or API availability beyond our control.
Prices of all services, including but not limited to subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the BeatLink Technologies website or via email to registered users. BeatLink Technologies shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
If you subscribe to any paid BeatLink Technologies products or services, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Specific payment terms, renewal policies, and refund policies are set out in the product-specific Terms of Service.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Deletion procedures vary by product and are detailed in the product-specific Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
For general BeatLink Technologies data deletion requests, contact support@beatlinktechnologies.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within the timeframes specified in our Privacy Policy.
As BeatLink Technologies asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by BeatLink Technologies websites or services violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify BeatLink Technologies at support@beatlinktechnologies.com.
BeatLink Technologies will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. BeatLink Technologies will terminate a visitor's access to and use of the websites and services if, under appropriate circumstances, the visitor is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of BeatLink Technologies or others. In the case of such termination, BeatLink Technologies will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
This Agreement does not transfer from BeatLink Technologies to you any BeatLink Technologies or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with BeatLink Technologies.
All content on BeatLink Technologies websites, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BeatLink Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our websites without our prior written consent.
Trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with BeatLink Technologies websites and services may be the trademarks of BeatLink Technologies or other third parties. Your use of the websites and services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any BeatLink Technologies or third-party trademarks. The BeatLink Technologies name, logo, and all related product names and logos are trademarks of BeatLink Technologies.
BeatLink Technologies may terminate your access to all or any part of our websites and services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your account with any BeatLink Technologies product (if you have one), you may do so by following the account deletion procedures specified in the product's Terms of Service or by contacting support.
All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Upon termination for any reason, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific privacy policies.
In no event will BeatLink Technologies, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to BeatLink Technologies under this Agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.
BeatLink Technologies shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
The websites and services are provided "as is". BeatLink Technologies and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither BeatLink Technologies nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the websites or services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the websites at your own discretion and risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeatLink Technologies, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the websites or services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Should any provision of these Terms be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Terms, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
These Agreements are subject to the laws of Pakistan, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles. Further, you and BEATLINK TECHNOLOGIES agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy that arises in connection with these Agreements.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between BeatLink Technologies and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of BeatLink Technologies, or by the posting by BeatLink Technologies of a revised version.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms applicable to services you use, constitute the entire agreement between you and BeatLink Technologies regarding your use of our websites and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
